You will immediately receive an email confirmation after submitting your consultation request form. You will be notified about successful form submission and payment made. You may also get a follow up email message about your prescription being sent to your selected, local pharmacy.

  • Refund Policy: A full refund of consultation fee will be applied only if a doctor couldn't prescribe a treatment plan. However, once your prescription is processed and sent to the local pharmacy, the fee will become non-refundable.
  • Important: None of our doctors are permissible to prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to narcotics, ambien, clonidine or any other controlled drugs.

Consultation Fee Does Not Include Medicine

After complete online medical consultation, we send prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. We don't sell and deliver medicines.

We treat common ailments at a lower cost. Pay a one-time fee including online consultation. You must pay for medicines at the pharmacy.
