TeleDocs doesn’t cover emergency care and complicated conditions for which patients must undergo a physical examination. Our virtually available doctors cannot examine the patients physically, so we provide selective medical treatments
Any adult can use TeleDocs telemedicine service. Minors under 18 can be treated by a virtual physician visit with a parent or guardian consent.
After successful completion of your consultation form submission and doctor’s review, your prescription will reach your provided local pharmacy in 1-4 hours. A possible delay in sending your prescription to the pharmacy is essentially because of incomplete consultation form or un-replied email or call for a question that a doctor needs an answer before sending your prescription to the pharmacy. You must provide a working email and mobile phone number, and stay responsive.

TeleDocs is available 24 hours a day, round the year; even on holidays. Use our telemedicine service as a convenient substitute for visiting a doctor’s office or as an alternative to lengthy wait for an appointment.
It normally takes a few hours to complete the consultation process. After successful submission of consultation form, your prescription will be sent to your selected pharmacy in 2-3 hours. You will receive an email notification about contacting the pharmacy and collect your medications from there. So, always provide a working email ID to stay updated about your consultation progress with TeleDocs to avoid any possible delay because of wrong ID or unreplied email.
TeleDocs is a HIPAA compliant telemedicine service provider that respects user confidentiality. Your all personal information, and medical history is safe and secure with us. We do not share, distribute or sell medical information of our patients or any unaffiliated third party.
  • Refund Policy: A full refund of consultation fee will be applied only if a doctor couldn't prescribe a treatment plan. However, once your prescription is processed and sent to the local pharmacy, the fee will become non-refundable.
  • Important: None of our doctors are permissible to prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to narcotics, ambien, clonidine or any other controlled drugs.

Consultation Fee Does Not Include Medicine

After complete online medical consultation, we send prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. We don't sell and deliver medicines.

We treat common ailments at a lower cost. Pay a one-time fee including online consultation. You must pay for medicines at the pharmacy.
