Video Consultation

It depends on your location. Start filling a consultation form to check if your state is enlisted where we are licensed to practice.
There are two options. You can either request a live video consultation or use video recording for remote consultation. Video consultations let our medical practitioners listen, examine and engage with patients to rightly diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment plan accordingly. This is a real-time consultation in which you can communicate with your doctor for about 10 minutes. It all depends on your medical condition and location from where you are requesting a consultation. You need to check the list of states in which we are practicing as a licensed telemedicine service provider.
Go to the consultation page, initiate a consultation request and see if your state allows a live video consultation. If yes, you can perform live video conferencing and if your state isn’t allowing video examination, you can send us a video recording of 2 minutes for review.
All patients under 18 require video consultation with their parents or guardian’s consent. People older than this age limit can choose themselves whether or not they want to perform video conferencing if provided in their state.
  • Refund Policy: A full refund of consultation fee will be applied only if a doctor couldn't prescribe a treatment plan. However, once your prescription is processed and sent to the local pharmacy, the fee will become non-refundable.
  • Important: None of our doctors are permissible to prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to narcotics, ambien, clonidine or any other controlled drugs.

Consultation Fee Does Not Include Medicine

After complete online medical consultation, we send prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. We don't sell and deliver medicines.

We treat common ailments at a lower cost. Pay a one-time fee including online consultation. You must pay for medicines at the pharmacy.
